1) The first entry drawn at random after the closing date will win. The prize includes 7 night’s holiday in a 2 bed villa on Monte da Quinta Leisure Resort, and 2 flights up to a value of £200 each.  Any additional cost must be paid at time of booking.

2) The holiday must be booked by 31st April 2010.

3) The holiday must depart between 1 May and 15 December 2010, excluding: 29 May – 5 June 2010; 1 July – 6 September 2010 and 23 – 30 October 2010.

4) Travel insurance and spending money are not provided and are the responsibility of the prize winner.

5) No purchase necessary to enter. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 21 years and over, except employees of James Villa Holidays, T&L Digital and Travel & Leisure Magazines Ltd or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Only one entry per household.

6) The prize is non transferable and non refundable, has no cash alternative and the holiday is subject to availability.
