1) Only one entry per household. Open to UK residents only over 18 years of age.

2) Prize cannot be taken before 15th July 2010 and is subject to availability. Once being informed, the winner will have 3 months to book, and then 6 months after that to actually take their holiday.

3) Entries from employees and their families of the prize providers, T&L Digital and Travel & Leisure Magazines Ltd will not be accepted.

4) Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.

5) The Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6) Entry to the competition/giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

7) There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.

8) By entering the Competition/Giveaway you allow us to see and share this information with other Companies including for sales, marketing and market research purposes and to send you information by mail about our products/services.

9) Flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School
Holidays. A restricted number of free seats are available per flight, Jet2.com reserve the right to offer an alternative date if allocation is met.

10) Flights must be booked by and taken by dates as specified by Jet2.com. Changes to names and travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the airline's general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com.

11) Flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for
administrative reasons without prior notice. In accordance with our terms and conditions Jet2.com's schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email.

12) One item of checked baggage is included per person.

13) Flights may not be exchanged for cash and may only be taken by the competition winner along with one other traveller. Flights must be taken at the same time and are non-transferable.

14) Jet2.com recommends that you take out your own insurance as this is not included in this prize.

15) Prize automatically expires two years after issue unless otherwise specified.
