1) Only one entry per household. Open to UK residents only over 18 years of age.

2) The first entries drawn at random will win a Go Active Break with Hoseasons worth up to £500.

3) Entries from employees and their families of the prize providers, T&L Digital and Travel & Leisure Magazines Ltd will not be accepted.

4) Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.

5) The Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6) Entry to the competition/giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

7) There is no cash alternative, the prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.

8) By entering, you are agreeing to submit your email address and receive email newsletters with news and information from Travel & Leisure Magazines Ltd and the prize providers.  Your address will not be shared with other companies or organisations, and you will have the opportunity to opt out of future mailings.

9) The prize-winner shall abide by and be subject to Hoseasons’ conditions of hire.

10) Prize value up to £500. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. If the holiday chosen is of a lesser value, no cash refund will be available.

11) The holiday must be booked direct through Hoseasons and not through a third-party agent or website.

12) Travel to and from your holiday destination is not included in the prize.

13) No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

14) The holiday is subject to availability and must be taken by 31st December 2010.
